WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?

Our Shipping Policy features rapid order processing with same day shipping for orders placed Monday – Friday before 2:30pm EST (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada). Most orders shipping to the USA will arrive in just 2 to 3 business days with our standard shipping method. If you wish to obtain a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

ARE THESE AUTHENTIC / OFFICIALLY LICENSED PRODUCTS?

Yes, all products in the K.Haring Glass Collection are authentic, officially licensed products. The Keith Haring Foundation owns the international copyright to artworks created by Keith Haring. The Foundation’s licensing program is run by Artestar. Artestar is a global licensing agency representing high-profile artists, photographers, designers and creatives.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most USA-bound orders will arrive in just 2–3 business days with our standard shipping method. If you need a guaranteed delivery date, please choose an upgraded shipping method.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE BE SHIPPED?

We place a very high value on privacy, so all orders will always be shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. Our shipping parcels are extremely discreet—the outer packaging will be without product indications and K.Haring logos. To remain inconspicuous throughout the process, the return label will be generically addressed to “Shipping Department.” 

WHICH DAYS DO YOU SHIP?

K.Haring warehouses are open Monday–Friday and operate with rapid order processing. All orders placed on a weekday before 2:30pm ET (1:00pm for orders shipping to Canada) will receive same-day shipping.

WHO IS YOUR SHIPPING CARRIER?

We ship with UPS, and the United States Postal Service (USPS).

WHERE DO YOU SHIP FROM?

Our warehouses are located in Florida, New York, California, and Canada. Our sophisticated order management system will ship your package from the closest location with available inventory. Please contact us for details regarding availability.

IS SHIPPING FREE TO ALASKA AND HAWAII?

Yes, standard shipping is free to Alaska and Hawaii on all orders over $50. Express shipping options are subject to change.

WILL I HAVE TO SIGN FOR MY PACKAGE?

While an adult signature is required for orders of $200 or more, an “Indirect Signature” option is available for most locations. The Indirect Signature service will not require you to be home when the carrier attempts to deliver your package. Please contact us for further details.

DO YOU SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

We will ship parts, accessories, and smaller items to P.O. Boxes. However, if you are purchasing glass, please give a physical address. Larger orders and glass are shipped via FedEx, which offers a sophisticated tracking system.

DO YOU TAKE PAYMENT OVER THE PHONE?

Yes, we do take payment over the phone! Please reach out to us via our Contact Form and provide your phone number. We will call you to take the payment.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHECKS OR MONEY ORDERS?

We accept USPS money orders. You can place an order by phone, and your package will be shipped after we receive your payment. Please contact us for details.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

Only residents of NV, NY, PA, NJ, FL, and CA are required to pay sales tax. Some states, such as PA, may charge additional taxes on particular products. Please contact us if you have questions.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If you need to return or exchange your purchase for any reason, just ship the product(s) back to us within 30 days of purchase. The returned product(s) MUST be unused and in brand new condition.
